To ensure that Locala colleagues provide high quality End of Life care within the community
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced registered health care practitioner who is passionate about improving end of life care in the community. Specific goals for the successful candidate include:
- Develop and lead EOL training programmes
- Strengthen partnerships across services
- Promote best practice, reflection, and compassionate care
