Do you want to work for a forward-thinking service delivering high quality continence assessments? Then this post is for you.

We are a small team based at Fartown Health Centre; however, we do cover both North and South Kirklees, undertaking holistic continence assessments in patients own home and in the care home setting.

We work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30 and 5 pm with no bank holidays/weekends or unsocial hours.

The work will include completing already populated care plan template via system one, bladder scanning/urinalysis (for which training will be given if not already competent in these areas).

There are opportunities to expand your knowledge in other areas associated with continence i.e. Stoma care/Catheter care once you are established.
