Health Care Assistant - TB Service

Band 3(£22,816 - £24,336)

Closing date:16th October 2023

Hours- 26 flexible - Permanent

Location- Working across Kirklees

A new, unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a TB Healthcare Support worker post. Working within Localas forward thinking, TB service.

This opportunity would suit those individuals who demonstrate the capability and commitment to support the TB team in their care and treatment of patients.

We are a flexible workforce and there may be some requirement to work across the organisation in different services within Locala.

The post holder must deliver exceptional clinical care to their patients with clinical effectiveness at the forefront. They should be computer competent, able to interact well with Patients and their carers.

We are looking for a team member with a forward thinking outlook to embrace the technology and push forwards with service improvement to improve patient care. Our key values include improving services through re-design and leading edge technology with the partnerships of users.

They will be required to work autonomously in supporting nurses in the team with decision making and planning of care and treatment, health promotion and safety of patients.
