Job summary

As a Senior Programme Officer, your role will involve supporting the promotion of the NHS as an employer of excellence by aiding the delivery of relevant programmes of work. You will also develop tools, share best practices, and provide support to employers.

Main duties of the job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • managing allocated workstreams
  • researching good practice which can be shared with NHS trusts and external organisatons
  • building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • coordinating meetings for the programme
  • developing and maintaing web-based materials and communications.
