Job responsibilities

Working with a team of experts, you will coordinate and update routine programme reporting tools.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • managing the programme mailbox, responding or redirecting queries as required.
  • coordination and administration of internal and external meetings, webinars and other events.
  • work collaboratively to develop website and social media content and support and develop future social media communication plans
The Key Requirements...

  • Are able to prioritise workloads and manage conflicting priorities and have good organisational skills
  • Demonstrate good communication skills.
  • Are able to work independantly and demonstrate initiative
  • Have a good knowledge of MS office tools including MS Teams.
  • Are in your resettlement period or have recently left the Armed Forces (within the last 24 months)
