- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Salary: £34,685 - £41,798 per annum (pro rata)

Main duties of the job
As Creative Therapist Practitioner and Coordinator you will:
- Lead the Creative Therapies service within the hospice and its outreach locations, carrying out Creative Therapy assessments and therapeutic interventions.
- Develop a coordinated supportive care and creative therapy service across our core services (inpatient unit, outpatient services and outreach), that uses a range of approaches e.g. art, drama, music, writing, craft and other wellbeing therapeutic techniques to support patients with a life-limiting illness, their families and carers.
- Support Hospice projects and events when creative arts input is required, such as the annual memorial service, Light Up a Life.
- Demonstrate professional expertise and ensure all tasks are completed in line with best practice and Hospice policy.
