Job summary
Hartlepool Health Primary Care Network (PCN) is
a well-established and forward-thinking Primary Care Network serving a diverse
patient population of approximately 30,000 across Hartlepool. Our network
comprises McKenzie House, Mckenzie Group Practice and The Headland Medical
Centre, working collaboratively to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
We have a strong multidisciplinary team,
including GPs, advanced nurse practitioners, practice nurses, GP assistants, nurse
associates, a community psychiatric nurse, care coordinators, pharmacists and
pharmacy technicians, a medication management team, social prescribers and an
experienced administration team. Our supportive environment encourages
innovation, professional development, and a team-based approach to healthcare. There
is also a dedicated home visiting team in place who triage home visit requests
and conduct home visits.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a newly qualified General
Practitioner to join our team under the ARRS (Additional Roles Reimbursement
Scheme) on a part-time/full time basis (4-8 clinical sessions per week). This is a fantastic opportunity for a GP at the

well-structured team environment.
This role is only open to applicants who have
obtained their Completion of GP Specialty Training (CCT) within the last 24
months and have not previously worked as a salaried GP or GP partner.
