Main duties of the job

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working closely with the PCN Manager and completing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing meetings, supporting with the DES contract, and monitoring systems.

Job description

Job responsibilities

In accordance with the service requirements, you will:

  • Support the PCN in the administration of the contractual requirements of the NHSE DES contract.
  • Coordinate and service PCN meetings, including overseeing the agenda, any conflict of interests, and liaising with wider members to communicate the decisions taken and delivered.
  • Maintain the communication and IT systems, including NHS mail circulation lists, Microsoft Teams, the Intranet, and the Work Stream membership.
  • Assist with the delivery of targeted elements of the PCN DES and offer individual support to the practices to help them achieve these targets.
  • Manage the Bluestream Academy requirements of the PCN.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries relating to the ARRS workforce.
  • Undertake project work as directed by the PCN Manager and/or Clinical Directors.
