We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who is:

Main duties of the job

This is a unique opportunity to lead partnership engagement and collaborations in education across health, social and voluntary care sectors. Working with key stakeholders in NHS trusts, hospices, local authorities, care providers, and community organisations, you will champion integrated, sustainable and impactful approaches to end of life education, learning and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and sustaining partnerships and collaborations across sectors to maximise the reach and impact of our education programmes
  • Leading collaborative initiatives that support system-wide learning and improvement.
  • Influencing education strategies at regional and national levels to ensure alignment with best practices in end of life care.
  • Representing the organisation in multi-agency forums and networks.
  • Delivery of specialist education programmes, including advanced communication skills training and leadership courses.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of innovative education models that respond to the evolving needs of the workforce.
