Main duties of the job
Were looking for a visionary Community Nursing Manager to join our dedicated team at a time of exciting service development. In this pivotal role, youll lead and inspire a skilled team of nurses, helping to shape the future of community hospice care. Youll work collaboratively with community nursing teams, IPU Nurse Manager and the wider interdisciplinary team to deliver truly holistic, person-centred care.

Community role purpose is to provide highly effective clinical leadership,
management, co-ordination and development of specialist palliative care
services provided by the Hospice Telephone Support Line and
Outreach Team.
Tosupport the teams
in the delivery of high-quality specialist palliative care ensuring that the
highest standards of holistic nursing care are provided for individuals
through a seamless 24/7 service and effective interdisciplinary working.
The role will
work in close partnership with Clinical Leads and Associate Directors to
evolve Integrated Clinical Service provision and delivery of the Hospices
Clinical Strategy.
