Job responsibilities
As a
Healthcare Assistant you will practice empathetic communication with the
patient and those important to them in a supportive, professional manner and
provide high quality personal care and support to enhance wellbeing.
Contract: Permanent, Reduced hours
Work Schedule: Night Shifts: Monday to Sunday, including bank
holidays
Shift hours: 10:00pm
7:00am
Salary: £12.51 per hour, Plus
Nighttime enhancements
Based: Community-based in Hertfordshire (Herts
Valley), covering Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Tring, Potters Bar,
Berkhamsted, Borehamwood, Radlett, Abbots Langley, and Bushey.
What
we are looking for:

Recent experience delivering care in a
health or social care setting, including supporting patients during end-of-life
care.

Preferred: NVQ Level 2 in Health and
Social Care or equivalent.

Be person-centred and compassionate
when caring for the person and those important to them.

Ability to develop and evaluate care
management plans that meet the complex needs of the person, and those important
to them.

Emotional
resilience and the capacity to work independently.

A
valid driving license and access to a car for travel to peoples homes.
