  • 44% x your basic salary per hour paid for Saturdays & weekday night duty (8pm to 6am)
  • 88% x your basic salary per hour paid for Sundays and Public Bank Holidays

What we are looking for:

• To have knowledge of and practice all regulations of food hygiene
• Some cooking skills with the ability to contribute towards menus
• Awareness of health and safety issues in the workplace
• Experience/knowledge of working in a catering department/kitchen/cafe
• Knowledge of maintaining a clean, tidy, safe and hygienic environment
