Hours/Contract:Permanent Full Time Contract - 35 hours per week
Based:Home based with regular travel across the South West

What we are looking for:
- As the Volunteer Services Manager, you'll be accountable for the effective operational delivery of a diverse range of volunteer programs, managing associated resources and delivery activities. With a focus on performance management and contribution to business planning, service review, and improvement, you will be at the forefront of leading service development and improvement.
- The key responsibilities include:
- Operational Excellence
- Leadership and Innovation: Lead and inspire a dedicated group of volunteers services, fostering a culture of responsiveness, innovation, and excellence. Set and uphold key performance standards to deliver services of the highest quality.
- Quality Improvement: Drive the delivery of identified quality and service improvement projects.
- Performance Targets: Take the lead in meeting all performance and quality targets, seamlessly incorporating new service delivery models into the management portfolios.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, utilising your problem-solving skills to develop and implement lasting solutions collaboratively with colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Be a key member of the leadership team.

You will be an experienced, motivated volunteering professional who has developed and implemented volunteering initiatives on a similar scale. Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills will be first class and most importantly, you will be passionate about making a difference.
