Title:Communications Manager (Partnerships)
Salary:£34,500- £38,324 per annum
Hours/Contract:35 hours/ week
Contract Type:12 month contract, full time
Based:Hybrid/London

This new role will be responsible for driving a strategic communications approach thatdelivers maximum impact for existing and new corporate partnerships. They will work closely with internal teams and our corporate partners to deliver integrated communication campaigns that increase our reach and engagement across channels, aimed at customers, employees and key stakeholders. They will also support the widerPhilanthropy and Partnerships team with communications activity.
With knowledge and experience of delivering successful Marketing and PR plans, the right candidate will be able to translate strategic partnership ambitions into clear communications and marketing goals for each partnership. They will be responsible for building on the success and development of some of our most high-profile partnerships, includingSuperdrug, Omaze, SPAR UK, the Gas Distribution Networks, National Garden Scheme and KPMG.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering successful multi-channel communication campaigns for corporate partnerships
- A confident communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of briefing and managing projects across internal teams and external agencies, including marketing and PR agencies, media owners and suppliers.
- Strong expertise in reporting on metrics, insights and adapting plans in uncertain market conditions.
- Relevant experience of using technical, market, consumer and audience insight as basis for marketing campaigns.
- Experience of spotting potential issues or reputational risks and confidently managing these
- Track record of delivering strong communication results for corporate partnership campaigns, including positive media coverage
- Best practice marketing, digital and PR principles and good knowledge of UK media and PR tactics.
