Come join us at Marie Curie and you will become part of a fantastic People Operations team filled with warm and friendly personalities, where building relationships and individual development is key.
This centers around recruitment activity, responding to customer queries and management of People Operations/Payroll systems data.
Very occasional travel to other sites may be required.
This is a challenging and exciting learning environment where you can really make a difference.
We offer a fully funded level 3/5 CIPD after 3 - 6 months of service.
What we are looking for:
- A methodical, confident and customer focused individual with experience of HR administration
- Experienced of working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are key
- Great attention to detail with a willingness to learn and lead in line with our Marie Curie values and team ethos
- Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills with a commitment to delivering consistent five-star customer service and creating a positive and lasting impression of Marie Curie
