Salary up to £24,000 per annum, 30 hours per week, primarily worked Monday to Friday, with occasional additional support required for Fundraising Events.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for supporting the developing and delivering of our individual giving fundraising strategy. You will focus on donor recruitment, retention and development to ensure sustainable income growth across the Mountbatten Group.
As a member of the small Individual Giving Team you will help to develop and implementation of their annual fundraising activity plan, focusing on income generation streams.
You will support the wider fundraising team in raising awareness of Mountbatten, its services and support available to its communities.
You will ideally have a proven experience in marketing and developing fundraising strategies within a charity or healthcare setting, and with demonstrable experience of maximise giving, setting and managing campaigns and annual budgets, and working towards income targets.
You will ideally have extensive experience in researching, developing, and delivering fundraising propositions.
You will be able to build and establish relationships quickly at any level, with strong communication and IT Skills. You will be able a team player and be able to work independently where required. You will provide support to fundraising activities across Mountbatten, and be a care driver with use of a vehicle for work purposes.
