Mountbatten Hospice supports people
across Hampshire who are facing death, dying and bereavement. Our staff are
professional, committed and passionate, and dedicated to providing outstanding
care and support to the communities we serve.
This role is based at Mountbatten
Hampshire Hospice, with a flexible working pattern to include day and night
shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Full-time: 37.5 hours a week

Main duties of the job
You will seek to provide a high standard of holistic, skilled, patient-centred, palliative care to all community patients,as part of Mountbatten Hampshire multidisciplinary community services team,providing nursing care under the direct clinical leadership of the Locality Lead/ Senior Nurse on Duty.
You will need to be an enthusiastic and motivated nurse, keen to develop both your practice and education, in line with the role requirements, and have been qualified for at least 2 years, having gained relevant experience.
You will need to hold a clean driving licence and have the use of a car with business insurance.
