We are in recruiting a new team of retail managers who can help us develop and grow our shops across Southampton and large parts of Hampshire.
Main duties of the job
About Us:
Due to our ambitious expansion plans within our retail operations, we are excited to announce career opportunities with Mountbatten.
Working across Hampshire, you will be a part of our team of Shop Managers who are responsible for the day to day running of our retail outlets, where customer service is our priority.
Your duties will range from receiving donations of goods, stock control, shop management, cash handling, etc
About you:
Ideally you will have previous retail experience, although no previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Your most important ability will be that you are committed to our Charity and have the enthusiasm, energy and drive to ensure your customers receive the customer experience they deserve.
You will be able to work flexibly across any of our eight retail outlets, and our warehouse in Southampton and large parts of Hampshire, as required.
