Quay Healthcare is seeking a motivated and analytical Performance & Data Analyst to support reporting, audit, and performance monitoring across our services, with a particular focus on our growing ADHD service.

Main duties of the job

The Performance & Data Analyst will:

  • Produce monthly, quarterly and adhoc performance reports.
  • Extract and analyse data from SystmOne and other clinical systems.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards (Excel/Power BI).
  • Support and analyse clinical and operational audits.
  • Carry out data quality checks and cleansing.
  • Provide clear, accessible information to managers and clinical teams.
  • Support wider improvement projects, including pathway and process developments.
  • Contribute to business cases, service plans and activity monitoring.
  • Work in line with UK GDPR and organisational information governance requirements.The role requires good analytical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to present data clearly to a range of colleagues.

Job responsibilities

The Performance & Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting data management, quality, reporting, auditing, and performance monitoring across all Quay Healthcare services. The postholder supports the delivery and assurance of highquality, effective services through accurate reporting, analysis, and the development of insights that inform operational and clinical decision-making.

A primary focus of the role is supporting the performance, reporting, and quality assurance of Quay Healthcares ADHD service, alongside contributing to wider organisational improvement projects, pathway development and operational planning.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce monthly, quarterly, andadhocperformance reports for all Quay Healthcare services.
  • Deliver ADHD-specific reporting, including waiting list monitoring, KPI reporting, activity summaries, and outcome data.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret information fromSystmOneand other relevant systems.
  • Identifytrends, variation, delays, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide clear and accessible data presentations to managers, clinical leads, and service teams.

Dashboard Development

  • Develop andmaintaindashboards (Excel, Power BI or similar) to support operational and clinical performance monitoring.
  • Ensure dashboards areaccurate,user-friendlyand updated in line with service priorities.

Audit & Quality Assurance

  • Support clinical and operational audits across Quay Healthcare services, particularly within ADHD pathways.
  • Analyse audit findings, prepare reports and identify improvement recommendations.
  • Support teams in implementing audit actions and monitoring improvements over time.
  • Provide feedback, analysis and learning points that contribute to service quality.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Carry out routine data validation, accuracy checks and data cleansing.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to resolve data issues and improve coding,completeness and accuracy of records.
  • Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, information governance principles, and internal policies.

Service Improvement Projects

  • Contribute analytical support to service improvement, pathway redesign, operational planningand capacity modelling projects.
  • Provide data and insights to support business cases, service development proposals and change initiatives.
  • Participate in improvement cycles by helping teams measure, understand, and evaluate the impact of changes.
