Job summary
To work as an independent non-medical prescriber within Adferiads services as required, taking responsibility for the clinical assessment of the patient, establishing a diagnosis and the clinical management required, as well as responsibility for prescribing where necessary and the appropriateness of any prescription issued.
To work alongside the medical Consultant and doctors to offer substitute prescribing regimes to improve health and promote recovery from the effects of Drug and Alcohol use and ensure maximum benefit to patients in terms of timely and efficient access to medications.
