We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurseto join our friendly In-Patient Unit team in Thurrockto gain knowledge and experience within Palliative Care.
This opportunity is to work either permanent nights or rotational long days and night shifts.
Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse in our In-Patient Unit at Thurrock, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent,high-quality care, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, assisting with patient admissions and discharges, and adhering to nursing standards and best practices. You should have a current nursing registration and previous experience in a healthcare setting. Key traits for success in this role are excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
