Job summary
We are looking for a Bereavement Nurse to join our Bereavement Team . Would you be able to offer compassionate and person-centred support to the bereaved at one of the most difficult and emotional times in their lives? The role includes: Making contact with bereaved relatives to offer a safe and confidential environment to discuss how their loss is impacting on them. Signpost bereaved relatives to internal ongoing support and relevant local and national support agencies. Working alongside our multi-disciplinary team to ensure co-ordinated support for bereaved relatives. Act as a resource internally and externally for others in the support of those who are grieving.
Main duties of the job
