Role: Speech & Language Therapist Team LeadLocation: Liverpool & surrounding areasHours: 37.5 per week, over 41 weeks (term-time)Contract: PermanentSalary: £48,022 FTE (pro-rated to £43,753 term time)

Alongside an incredible team of like-minded peers, youll be working behind-the-scenes to support our staff, volunteers, families, and supporters. You will be helping our work happen across the charity; enabling us to care for and champion the rights, needs and ambitions of the people we support.
As our Team Lead,you will:
- Deliver high-quality therapy within SEN school settings, supporting pupils, families, and staff.
- Take on a complex caseload, providing evidence-based interventions and clinical expertise.
- Lead and mentor junior colleagues, fostering professional growth.
- Specialise in a clinical area such as AAC, Autism, SEMH, or Dysfluency, contributing to service development and innovation.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Advisory Teachers.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Speech & Language Therapist( HCPC registered & RCSLT member).
- Has significant post-qualification experience, ideally with young people with complex needs.
- Can work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Has experience providing clinical supervision and training.
- Is innovative, flexible, and committed to delivering excellence in therapy services.
