Pennine GP Alliance delivers a wide range of programmes, including services, projects, and digital transformation initiatives. The Programmes Facilitator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daytoday running of these areas. Their work spans service and project administration, customer service, compliance, incident and risk management, and minute taking.

We are seeking a passionate individual with experience in enabling effectiveness across programmes and supporting highquality delivery.

Main duties of the job

Undertake a range of business tasks and manage action plans to support effective programme delivery.

Monitor service status and identify where changes to schedules, scope, or budgets may be required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a daytoday point of contact for project updates and changes.

Complete service audits and produce accurate, timely reports.

Organise meeting invitations and agendas, and record clear and accurate meeting notes.

Oversight of contractual reporting requirements and ensure full compliance.

Communicate effectively with patients/customers and service staff, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.

Support the investigation of incidents and complaints.

Contribute to PGPAs adherence to statutory regulations.

Interpret and, where necessary, adapt policies and procedures to ensure sound business practices.

Identify risks and support the development of appropriate mitigation actions.

Work collaboratively as part of a team, while also operating independently and using your own initiative when required.

Assess and help resolve issues that require research and review of existing policies and procedures, including compliance-related matters.

Support the organisation with the management of thirdparty contracts.
