Job summary

Neighbourhood Health Project support/ Administrator Hours: 18.75 hours per week Pay: £15.15 per hour Contract: 12-month fixed-term Location: Hybrid, base at South Cave with home working

We are looking for a well-organised and proactive project support administrator to support the Neighbourhood Health Programme team. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Health Programme Coach, you will provide high-quality administrative support to enable the effective delivery of neighbourhood health priorities and partnership working.

Main duties of the job

The RoleYou will provide day-to-day administrative support across the Neighbourhood Health Partnerships team, including diary management, meeting coordination, data input, and general team administration. Working both independently and as part of the wider team, you will help maintain effective administrative systems, liaise with colleagues and departments as required, and support business case processes where needed.

About YouYou will have previous administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications. You will be able to manage your own workload, work autonomously within agreed procedures, and communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and service users. A flexible approach and willingness to travel locally or regionally for meetings is required.

The postholder will support the Neighbourhood Health Programme team with a range of administrative tasks.

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the YHP Neighbourhood Health Programme Coach you will provide administrative services using computerised and manual systems across a range of tasks, including but not limited to

Diary Management and Meeting Organisation.

To provide a high level of administrative support to the Neighbourhood Health Partnerships a Team and contribute to planning and development as a member of the team.

To work autonomously and develop administration support systems.

To co-ordinate, update and provide all round admin support for the team.

To support business case processes as required

To liaise with other colleagues and departments as appropriate

Key Areas of Responsibility

Inputs and processes data, completing routine administrative tasks in accordance with procedures.

Provides information to manager & colleagues - orally and electronically - as required and answers routine queries from staff and service users.

Knowledge of filing systems and routine work procedures and basic use of the clinical computerised system.

Has knowledge to forward queries to the correct person in the right department.

Makes judgements concerning own work and priorities.

Standard keyboard skills required.

Incidental patient and service user contact.

Follows guidelines and may be required to comment on improvements and changes.

Careful use of office equipment.

Completes staff surveys.

Works within set routines, policies, and procedures.

Light physical effort as inputs at a keyboard for most of the day.

Normal care and attention required concentration required when inputting data, checking information and when answering queries from colleagues and service users.

Limited contact with distressed patients, service users and colleagues.

Little exposure to unpleasant working conditions. Uses keyboard continuously for a substantial proportion of the day.
