Job summary
We are looking for an inspirational leader with strong clinical skills and knowledge in the field of neurodevelopmental occupational therapy who can take on and grow the current service.
You will be providing expert clinical supervision to the current team and helping to grow and expand the team through robust recruitment.
Main duties of the job
This is a mixed clinical and leadership role supporting the Head of Health service and Associate Director for Health to deliver an exceptional quality and cost effective occupational therapy service which meets performance targets against quality and productivity measures.
We are seeking an experienced team leader or seniortherapist to manage and grow a team of therapists covering Richmond and Kingston working in arange of settings. This will involve networking to create new relationships and require flexibility toalign with emerging delivery models within the education and health sectors.
As the LeadPaediatric Occupational Therapist youwillhave the ability to inspire and manage a team to ensure they deliver high quality occupational therapy interventions and will work with others to improve organisational performance.
