Job summary
We are recruiting a Service Administrator to join our Access Community Mental Health Team in Bath (BaNES) to support relationships within a multi-disciplinary team, providing administration support to the Access Team, working closely with the Locality Manager.
As part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership in Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW), Second Step delivers community mental health support in collaboration with Alabar, Missing Link and Nilaari. Together, were transforming mental health services by focusing on trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally inclusive approaches.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to work without direct supervision and manage their own workload. The post holder will be key in maintaining diaries and arranging meetings, taking formal minutes and keeping appropriate records on the most up to date templates. To work with partners and colleagues to ensure that a trauma informed, and culturally inclusive service is provided, supporting all communities in the locality, particularly those experiencing the greatest inequalities.

Be able to work to high standards and will be required to take personal details from people and upload onto the electronic client record system (Rio/Inform)
Build and maintain good working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to develop partner engagement and understanding of the service
have proven knowledge of support needs of people with mental health needs
Ensure governance and confidentiality guidelines and requirements are fully adhered to, processing all communications appropriately within guidelines
