Job summary

The Recovery Navigator role will be based within the Assessment & Recovery teams within the Recovery Bristol Partnership. The aim of the Recovery Bristol Partnership is to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities for people with mental health and other support need to achieve their hopes and ambitions. The post involves working with and alongside multi organisations (Recovery Bristol Partnership). The post holder will need to work collaboratively and in partnership with all these agencies as one team.

Main duties of the job

If successful, you will be working within the Recovery Bristol Partnership delivering community health services in Bristol and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (AWP).

Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience of working with people with multiple needs (e.g. mental health, homelessness, alcohol/drug dependency long term conditions)
  • Two years proven experience working with clients over the age of 50 in a community setting.
  • Proven experience of carrying out needs and/or risk assessments and the support planning process
  • Experience of working with a number of individuals with competing needs and priorities

Desirable

  • Ideally a minimum of a years experience.
