Job summary
Mental Health Bristol will provide, on a continuing basis, practical advice and support to individuals to allow them to maintain a rich and meaningful life. The aim is to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities for people with mental health and other support needs to achieve their hopes and ambitions. The post is part of the Assessment and Recovery Team and involves working with and alongside multi organisations (Mental Health Bristol Partnership). The post holder will need to work collaboratively and in partnership with all these agencies as one team.
Main duties of the job
You must have experience of support work and be able to produce support plans, which are realistic, client centered and outcome focused. If successful, you will be working within the Recovery Bristol Partnership delivering community health services in Bristol and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (AWP).
