Job summary

We are recruiting a Recruitment and Resourcing Specialist to join our HR Team in this newly created role to support organisations transition in their recruitment strategies and practice.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about attracting and retaining top talent. As a member of our team, you will work closely with all departments to understand their needs and develop effective attraction, recruitment, and selection strategies. Job responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and tools to attract a diverse candidate pool for vacancies across the organisation. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including recruiting managers, HR business partner, and employment agencies. Manage and monitor the recruitment and selection process lifecycle, from initial job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and recruiting managers. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, diversity including time-to-fill, quality of recruitment, and cost-per-hire to identify areas of improvement for the recruitment strategies and process.

  • Substantial experience of providing a strong Recruitment and HR service in a customer focussed environment.
  • Some experience of successfully leading and managing a team at operational level.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading or supporting the management of change.
  • Previous experience of recruiting at all levels from a variety of sources and diverse cultures
  • Experience of Applicant Tracking Systems

Desirable

  • Experience of the voluntary or community not for profit sector.
  • Job evaluation experience.
