The closing date is 12 April 2026
Job summary
The position would be an excellent opportunity to develop, joining a creative and thriving psychology team that includes psychologists, cognitive-behavioural practitioners, systemic therapists and dramatherapy. We will consider people who are close to completing current training courses.
Main duties of the job
As a Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapist or Psychologist, we are looking for someone with a strong desire to work with people who express unshared and apparently unusual distressing experiences (the psychosis field). Applicants would integrate with the whole service and work with individuals, families/social networks and potentially communities. The role will involve supervision, consultation and training to the team, in addition to contributions to service development.
About us
At Aspire, we are implementing some exciting therapeutic and trauma-informed care across the service, providing NICE-concordant CBTp and Family Interventions in addition to more innovative approaches such as Open Dialogue and third wave therapies. This comes in the context of Inspire North being an actively Anti-Racist organisation.
