Job summary

London Central & West UCC are looking for an Administrator for Quality, Patient Safety and Experience to join their expanding team. In this new role, you will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver clinical governance, quality and patient safety across the different services in the organisation.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the clinical leadership and governance team across a range of administrative requirements, with a key focus on the safety, quality and experience team at LCW. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in quality, safety and patient experience to gain experience and knowledge of a wide variety of services providing unscheduled care across London.

Main duties of the job

The administrator for Quality, Patient Safety and Experience will have the responsibility for coordinating the activities of the quality, safety and experience team, ensuring that meetings are scheduled, taking notes or minutes and coordinating the drafting of information. Providing administrative support, the post holder will work closely with Head of Quality, Patient Safety and Experience and the Quality, Patient Safety and Experience Manager, as well as members of clinical leadership and members of the board.

The post holder should have previous experience in incident management, research or clinical audit and have knowledge of quality and safety priorities and strategies. You should also have extensive Microsoft office experience and have knowledge on administrative tasks. This is a varied and diverse role, which allows the post holder to be involved in multiple aspects of healthcare quality and safety management, as well as an insight into other areas of the business through shadowing and meeting attendance.
