Job summary

This post would be suitable to those who possess excellent written and verbal communication as well as organisational skills, which are required to effectively liaise with a wide range of stakeholders

This is a full time hybrid post requiring at least 1 day in the office per week which is based at Allia Future Business Centre in Peterborough

You may be required to travel to PCNs/Practices and Training Venues around Cambridgeshire and Peterborough

The role is advertised as a Fixed Term Contract, contract end date: 31st March 2026

Main duties of the job

Main duties and responsibilities

In this role you will

Under take a wide range of tasks, providing administrative support to the team, for the delivery of a broad range of projects and programmes of work across multiple workstreams

Collate data to support reporting requirements

Support to the Training Hub team with regular meetings and email accounts

Support effective communication with stakeholder management including clinicians

Support with the maintenance and development of internal processes and implement new processes/systems where appropriate

Keep accurate and complete records in a written or electronic format and ensure routine filing and storage of confidential documentation as required

Support with finance activities including the invoicing process and updating relevant records in a timely manner

Provide administration support for setting up learning and development system resources such as google documents, presentations and generating certificates

Update and monitor the Training Hub website

Assisting with communication and engagement activities- which includes creating/sourcing content for social media platforms and newsletters

Required to communicate with people at all levels, proactively build good working relationships and supporting effective communication to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Represent CPTH as required and always present a positive image of self and of the Training Hub by being welcoming and maintaining a professional attitude.

Act responsibility as a team member and seek help where necessary, expanding on knowledge, skills and experience within personal professional development.

Be an active and supportive member of a team, punctual and well presented.

Operate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment and proactively engage with the team and other stakeholders.

Provide appropriate communication to identify problems and solutions promptly

Administration

Providing administrative support to all the Training Hub team for the delivery of a broad range of project and initiatives

Monitor and respond to queries via email or phone and ensure all have been actioned.

Support to the Training Hub team with regular meetings including being responsible for communicating minutes, action logs and agendas

Update and monitor the Training Hub website with information, events and resources

Provide organisational support for educational events and support training hub colleagues and practices with training offers

Support the Training Hub team in collating and recording relevant data and information to report back on TH performance and funding.

Keep accurate and complete records in electronic format consistent with legislation, policies and procedures and routine filing/storage of confidential documentation as required.

Undertake any other administrative duties specified by the Training Hub Manager.
