Job summary
Core Care Links Ltd (CCL) is a Clinically Led provider
responsible for delivering a range of urgent GP services across North East Lincolnshire. CCL is a growing organisation that is constantly looking
to develop and expand the services delivered.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for providing
Administrative support to all of CCLs services.
This will include:
Assisting in
staffing rota's for all services delivered
Ensure sufficient
staffing capacity at all times, managing shift cancellations in a timely and efficient
manner
Liaison with
Clinical and Operational Staff working across the various services and partner
organisation's
Assist in
maintaining staff records, ensuring accurate, up to date information is held
for all staff at all times
Assist in the
coordination of recruitment and induction process of all new clinical staff
Assist in
facilitating internal audits to provide quality assurance and identify areas
for improvement and development
To collate and
analyse information which will inform and support the Quarterly Performance
Reports
Manage internal and
external telephone queries
Ensure service user
feedback is collated and analysed and support the Operational Supervisor to
implement the lessons learnt, representing continual service development
Maintenance of the
organisations website to ensure accurate information is available for the
public and staff members regarding the services delivered
Support management
to ensure all requirements in relation to our Care Quality
Support the
operational development and roll out of any new service models
