The Retreat Clinics

developing organisation. We are looking to recruit an experienced service
manager (and clinical lead, if possible) to lead our Manchester Psychological
Therapy Services for Adults and Children.
This exciting post involves leading a growing team of
associate clinicians and administrators, ensuring that the service consistently
provides high quality care to our clients. You will do this through managing
the operational aspects of the service, providing leadership and support to our
staff and inputting into the wider organisational strategy.
If you are a clinician as well as a manager, we
could offer an extra two days per week of interesting, varied therapeutic work.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who is an excellent operational
manager with the experience and skills to lead a clinical team. We are looking for at least two years
experience leading a service or a team, including the management of staff and
the ability to influence, inspire and motivate others.
If you can offer clinical experience as well as operational
leadership, you should have at least three years of clinical experience,
including specialist training in one or more therapeutic models.
About us
- The position is up to full time, 37.5 hours per week. 22.5hrs is management time, and we could
offer an extra 15 hours to the right clinical candidate.
- Salary ranges from £45,000-£55,000 pro rata
- 35 days leave per year (including bank holidays) pro-rata for part time

- Experience of working within quality frameworks (i.e., CQC, OFSTED etc)
- Experience of monitoring and evaluating services and modifying in response to data, to ensure service user needs are met
