Job summary
Everyturn Mental Health is looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our non-clinical crisis services. This pivotal role will support the Service Manager in organising and developing service provision, ensuring safety, managing resources, and creating robust support networks and pathways for people accessing our services.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Travel across our North East services is an essential requirement of the role, and therefore you must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

Main duties of the job
- Manage the needs of people accessing the service and their carers, ensuring all records and outcomes meet quality standards and are person-centred.
- Support, advise, and review non-clinical crisis support to ensure timely and appropriate services.
- Assist the Service Manager in developing partnerships and pathways across the local system.
- Identify, support, and escalate risk appropriately to mitigate harm.
- Coach, mentor, and provide supervision to Team Managers, Seniors, and Mental Health Case Workers.
- Conduct regular service audits and provide reports on incidents or near misses to support governance and quality assurance.
- Deputise for the Service Manager when required.
- Undertake other reasonable duties to meet organisational needs.
