We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting Staff Nurses for our brand new residential service in Bethlem, developed in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. This marks an exciting milestone as we expand Everyturns services into London for the very first time.
Our new 12 - 14-bed service will provide specialist, clinically-led community rehabilitation for people with complex mental health needs, offering 24/7 clinical support in a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.
Main duties of the job
As a Staff Nurse, you will coordinate day-to-day service delivery, provide leadership to the team, and work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers to assess needs, develop support plans, and deliver interventions that promote recovery, resilience, and quality of life.

- Conduct audits of service delivery and clinical practice, recommending improvements.
- Address and manage team conflict constructively, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Deputise for the Clinical Lead as required and undertake reasonable duties to support high standards of care.
