Job summary
We have a brand new and exciting opportunity for a Learning Business Partner (Clinical) to join our People Team!
This is a hybrid role and requires someone based in the North East.
As a Learning Business Partner, youll be responsible for partnering with teams across the organisation to conduct needs analysis, designing, delivering and evaluating a range of training interventions, including clinical skills training. Youll curate exciting blended learning solutions that help us to deliver top class service.
Main duties of the job
The role:
- As part of the People Team, you will work closely with stakeholders at alllevels across the organisation. Youll build and deliver effective clinical andnon clinical training solutions that develop the knowledge and skills of theworkforce supporting excellent service delivery.
- Work with stakeholders across our services to understand the learningneeds, implement training initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness oftraining.
- Design and deliver clinical and non clinical blended learning solutions,including the creation of face to face courses, eLearning modules andwebinars, considering equity, diversity and inclusion, to provide high qualitytraining resources
- Attend appropriate Trainthe Trainer courses and conduct internal needsanalysis enabling the design of bespoke training packages to develop skillsacross the organisation.
- Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge on best practice in clinical andnon clinical service delivery in line with QCQ, NICE and other guidance.
- Organise training events and use relevant technology to track attendanceand keep learner records up to date to maximise attendance.
- Provide feedback on the competence of learners to internal stakeholdersand contribute to our ongoing learning needs analysis to inform futuretraining initiatives
- Lead on the development of tailored induction programmes for each of ourservices to ensure smooth and consistent starter journeys.
- Undertake any reasonable duties/responsibilities to meet the needs of the organisation.
