We have a new exciting opportunity to join the Executive team as our clinical voice providing assurance to the Executive Team and Board of Trustees on all aspects of the quality agenda.
The Chief Quality Officer will lead the clinical leadership community across all our services to improve safety and quality through a just culture.
As an executive director the Chief Quality Officer will contribute to the collective decision-making of the Executive Team and will take shared responsibility for the overall success and future direction of the charity and our Shaping our Future strategy. As an Executive team we operate as a cohesive, enterprise team and are looking for someone who enjoys working in a transforming and innovative environment.

Having recently launched our new 3-year strategic priorities, we see this role as critical in our ambition to deliver a new programme of clinical, corporate & information governance across the organisation.
Purpose of the role
The Chief Quality Officer will be responsible for directing, leading and overseeing the implementation of the organisations strategy and approach to Quality Governance and management including:
- Clinical governance
- Patient safety systems
- Patient Experience and Involvement
- Quality assurance systems
- Health and safety
- Information governance
As an executive director the Chief Quality Officer will contribute to the collective decision-making of the Executive Team and will take shared responsibility for the overall success and future direction of Everyturn and its strategy.
About you
You must be a practising clinical with a relevant clinical qualification in a related field such as Nursing or an Allied Health Professional.
We are looking for someone who is innovative, highly organised with a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will need to be well-suited to working in a fast paced environment, in a collaborative and flexible way. Underpinning our organisational goals is an absolute dedication to clinical excellence.

Desirable Requirements
It would also be great if you have:
- Research experience including publication
- Experience of Executive or Board leadership this is not an essential criteria and we are open to hearing from candidates looking to move into their first Executive role
- Experience of working with the third sector
