This is an exciting opportunity for Primary Care Nurses to join our Out of Hours service starting on 1st July 2026 on a flexible working pattern
The post-holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients accessing Out of Hours services across Camden GP Practices, operated by Camden Health Partners.
Working within professional boundaries, the nurse will provide assessment, triage, treatment, screening, and health education to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly.
Shifts will be available in our Out of Hours Service Hubs (North & South Camden)in the evening (18:30-20:00), Weekends and Bank holidays (08:00-20:00)

Delivering health promotion and prevention

Cervical screening (if trained)
Ear care and other routine treatments
Provide family planning and contraceptive advice (if trained)
Deliver immunisations in line with national schedules and PGDs/PSDs
Provide travel health advice and vaccinations
Promote health and wellbeing through brief interventions
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid where required
Ensure safe storage, handling, and administration of medications and vaccines
Maintain safe clinical environments and equipment
