St Margarets Hospice Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Educator to join our Education and Learning team.
You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of£29,770.72 per annumfor 28 hours per week (based on a full-time salary of £39,340).
This role is based at our Taunton Hospice.
Main duties of the job
Working across the whole hospice, you will take the lead in clinical skills education and all other areas of clinical learning. You will play a vital role in:
- Creating a supportive learning environment Contribute to building a highly skilled workforce, enable learners to become skilled practitioners, and advocate for the best end of life care in Somerset.
- Building a skilled workforce- Support clinical staff of all grades and disciplines to achieve their professional objectives, bridging the gap between theory to practice.
- Developing the clinical workforce of the future Take the lead on upskilling staff and ensuring that excellent care is maintained.
