Job summary

To play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining St Marys online retail presence across both of our current sites but primarily to be responsible for Fashion, Footwear and accessories sales, expanding our customer base and increasing income from online sales.

Main duties of the job

List new products on all agreed online platforms. Merchandise stock online to ensure it is presented in an attractive and professional manner To work within the operational procedures Photograph and edit pictures to a high standard Promote listings on eBay and other online platforms to meet the income target Carry out quality checks on all listed and outgoing merchandise Packing orders in suitable packaging and preparing postage documentation for shipment, ensuring good levels of packing materials at all times Dealing with customer returns/complaints Outgoing and incoming customer service Establish, maintain and monitor routine online trading activities. Regularly review online platforms to identify alterations/updates that need to be actioned Work with the volunteer team to assess the suitability of goods for re-sale, and organise, sort, and price agreed stock items. To store all stock for sale in a tidy, organized and logical manner observing good health and safety standards and high levels of housekeeping Take responsibility for the collection, collation and recording of information relating to stock turnover and sales. As part of this to keep auditable stock records. Minimise stock loss through security awareness and techniques. Ensure legal compliance of all online platforms
