Job summary
To assist with the daily running of the kitchen, maintaining high levels of cleanliness, safety and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
Main duties of the job
To wash dishes, cutlery and food preparation equipment. Supporting the chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen Assisting the chefs with ingredient preparation Simple Food preparation such as salads and sandwiches. Keep the wash area clean and tidy throughout your shift Liaise with your colleagues in front of house Carry out other duties as reasonably requested by chefs and Hospitality manager Disposal of rubbish Sweeping & mopping floors as well as cleaning down kitchen area and Orangery Cafe
