Job summary

What will you be doing Providing high quality holistic clinical care, aligned with current healthcare standards. Focussing on the needs of individual patients and developing a shared decision-making approach where appropriate. Considering the needs of the community and the wider determinants of health, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and providers to bring optimal expertise around individual patients, including secondary care and community NHS professionals and the use of all communication pathways available. Integrating social prescribing into the care of our patients. Keeping good clinical records. The EPR is the 'glue' that holds patient care together. Being clear about what you are thinking and offering a list of different diagnoses. Working with the operational teams to provide a seamless service to patients as well as other clinical colleagues to support each other and build the PC24 teams. Working with the clinical leads and medical director to challenge and improve the service. Representing PC24 in a professional manner - everyone is an ambassador for the organisation.

Do you have a GMC License to practice and are looking to join a growing social enterprise with the flexibility to choose the hours that suit you?Primary Care 24 (PC24) are excited to share the position of Bank General Practitioner to cover sessions a our brand new Clinical Hub in Litherland as well as our practices across Liverpool and Sefton.

Salary:£76.43 per hour

Location: Litherland, Liverpool and Sefton

What do you need

  • Full GMC Registration with Primary Care experience.
  • GMC License to practice
  • RCGP Membership to other equivalent professional body.
  • All mandatory training is up to date.
  • Valid Basic Life Support Certificate.
  • Level 3a Safeguarding Adults and Children.
  • Valid Information Governance Certificate
  • Valid Infection Control Certificate
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
