Job summary

Do you have experience of coordinating and maintaining rotas ensuring adequate workforce coverage? We are looking for a rota administrator who will be responsible for inputting and updating shift schedules, managing leave requests and assist with last-minute cancellations or changes to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with the rota co-ordinator to support efficient workforce planning

Complete daily compliance checks as required. Ensure rosters are released and available a minimum of 6 months in advance. Support data collection to support service reporting. Establish and maintain good working relationships with clinicians and representatives.
