Main duties of the job
Reporting directly into the Director
of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day financial
activities and playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of your
division.
You will also lead the audit process,
payroll/pension process, producing financial results and annual statutory
accounts and will be the main contact for all stakeholders for all financial
matters, including risk, compliance, and strategic financial reporting
activities.
You will contribute to the
organisations major financial decision making and required to uphold PC24s
core values and strategic vision.

- Leadership of the finance function, with a focus on people development and talent management.
- Responsible for delivering high quality financial advice and statutory accounts in compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements for the legal entities supporting the wider business.
- Establishing a financial control framework and maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
- Cash flow and treasury management to ensure the company's liquidity needs are met and optimising working capital.
- Ensure compliance with Tax regulations to ensure accurate tax filings.
- Leading external auditors and stakeholder management requirements to meet all required audit standards.
- Develop and control all financial systems, maintain accurate and integrity around fraud risk controls and compliance.
About you

Strong Knowledge of regulations, and best practices
