Job summary
Starting salary £19,413 per annum (FTE £24,267) with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to £19,898 per annum (FTE £24,873). Keech Hospice are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Education team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of the conference facilities and events, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
Main duties of the job
Co-ordinate and administer the conference facilities and bookable meeting spaces Be the main point of contact for conference facilities, greeting users and facilitating events Support internal and external educational activities Undertake general administration for the education team Promoting conference opportunities to generate income Using and training others on conference room technology
