Main duties of the job

Within the social work team at Keech we have an exciting opportunity for a social work England registered social worker to develop specialist palliative care experience whilst working in a multi-agency approach with the nursing teams and statutory services supporting families to achieve change and with safeguarding concerns. Keech have a strong value base and we work as a team to develop services to meet the needs of patients and their families, within 1:1 sessions, advice on services people are entitled to and supporting parent carers within our coffee morning.
