Job summary
In order to deliver the best possible service to our families, we are looking to develop our digital transformation strategy, embrace digital excellence, and transform our ways of working. As an experienced and innovative leader, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of all transformation investment initiatives, informing the charitys business planning process. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will report to the Board on the digitally enabled transformation strategy and the progress of all program and project initiatives within the charity. You will also contribute to overall business strategy articulation and delivery. This role is 22.5 hours per week over 3 days and will involve occasional evening and weekend working for Board meetings and events so flexibility is essential.
