Dental Officer Full Time Permanent

Hours: Up to 37.5 hours, 5 days per week.

(part time hours will be considered)

Base: Clifton Cornerstone Health Centre, Nottingham, NG11 8EW

Salary: Band A - £47,653 - £71,479 per annum

Nottinghamshire has a high dental need and is a service providing a wide range of care. Training opportunities will be provided to develop skills and competencies with special care and paediatric patients, such as sedation.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will deliver dental treatment and preventative care to patients and clients of Community Dental Services. Nottinghamshire clinics provide dental care for many groups in the community including patients with additional needs. Peripatetic cover will be required to support clinics across the county including domiciliary care and epidemiological surveys.

As you will be expected to provide support to all clinics across Nottinghamshire, the ability to visit all bases in the county is essential.

You must be GDC registered and have an active NHS performer number.
